By default, all listings are set to expire after 120 days. You can change the expiry date at any time. Your real estate listing has a 15 day grace period after expiry for you to update your listing with a new expiry date. After the 15 day grace period the listing will be deleted from our data base.

To view your listing statistics, just log in to your member account with the username and password. On the member's area listings page you will see statistics for the number of "Hits" (Number of Times Clicked) your listing has received. Sometimes something as simple as editing your Catch Phrase can dramatically increase your "Hits".
